Valerie Ruddy, C.I.D. Wins 1st and 2nd Place Design Awards!!!
We were delighted to win awards in the International Dream Room Design Competition in May! Valerie was on hand at the beautiful Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN to accept the awards. Voting in the competition were editors and journalists who contribute to national and local shelter magazines as well as other design professionals. In addition, we brought home the Director’s Award for our outstanding business acheivements! See the 1st Place living room and 2nd place study room below.

Verona, NJ Franchise Takes Top Honors In International Design Contest!
She did it! Valerie’s work competed with 250 other entries to not only take 1st place in the Living Room category and 3rd place in the Dining Room category, but the top honor as best of the1st place awards earning her the designation, 2010 Decorator of the Year! Valerie’s winning entries were judged in New York City by popular shelter magazine publishers, editors and design professionals. The awards were presented at the 26th annual Decorating Den conference and trade show held in New Orleans, LA.

May 2010 was an exciting time for us as we brought home the honor of being named 2010 Decorator of The Year from the Dream Room design competition.
