NYC Pied-À-Terre

Project Overview:

When our NJ clients bought their pied-à-terre in the Upper West Side of NYC, they called us in to come up with a plan for the small 1 bedroom apartment to accommodate as many different functions as possible.  We immediately sourced furniture that could have multiple functions but had the clean, contemporary vibe they wanted.  The sofa is also a comfortable sleeper.  The white glass cocktail table expands in both width and height to become a dining table.  The bench provides extra seating for the living room and also dining.  We also found very compact folding chairs to add around the table which fit neatly into the narrow cabinet space behind the modern blue swivel chair when not in use.  Nothing was left out in this art filled, contemporary space.
