A Great Place to Gather

Project Overview:

This client couldn’t figure out what to do with their sitting room off of the front hall of this large, North Caldwell, NJ home.  They only used this room for their daughter’s piano lessons but that’s about it.  The homeowner dreamed of having a beautiful space to gather with friends and family when entertaining.  We made the focal point a beautiful antique mirrored painted cabinet that doubles as a bar area when guests are over.  The room has a cozy feel by virtue of the dark gray walls.  Balance was achieved by using off white custom upholstery and area rug.  A complimentary blue tone was pulled from the rug and repeated on the custom drapery, pillows and chair.  Dramatic accessories complete the look and make this room the star of the show.
